Project Partner for this Project, with 1.2 billion $ investment cost, which will provide employment to 3,750 people, is State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC)  which is 3rd biggest company in China and 7th biggest company in the World. This company with annual sales over 345 billion $ with over 2 million personnel is also EPC Contractor.

The power plant feasibility report was prepared by Northeast Design Institute who is one of the energy organizations in China.
